Eligibility
This offer is available to new Pan Visuals clients who have not previously engaged Pan Visuals for paid work. One complimentary video per company or organization. The offer must be mentioned when you reach out through the contact form or during your first conversation with Pan Visuals.

No purchase required
You do not need to book any paid services to receive the complimentary video. There is no obligation to hire Pan Visuals for additional work.

Meeting requirement
To redeem this offer, you must complete a short meeting with a Pan Visuals representative. This can be held by video call, phone, or in person. The purpose of the meeting is to confirm goals for the video, review logistics, and approve the project before scheduling.

Subject to availability
Scheduling is subject to crew and calendar availability. Filming dates are limited and will be confirmed by Pan Visuals in writing. Most sessions will be scheduled on weekdays during normal business hours.

Subject to approval
Pan Visuals reserves the right to approve or decline the complimentary video at its sole discretion, including if the request is not a good fit for the company’s services or values, or if logistics are not feasible.

Location and distance
On site filming is available at locations within Orange County or within fifteen miles of the Pan Visuals office at 2211 Michelson Dr, Suite 900, Irvine, CA 92612.
Requests outside this area may incur a travel fee or may be offered as a remote or self filmed option instead of an in person shoot.

What is included

• One short message style video with a finished duration of up to fifteen seconds

• One on camera speaker in a single location and setup

• Simple background and light brand presence such as a logo or closing title card

• Standard edit with basic color and sound polish

• Delivery of one final master file in a common format suitable for web and social use

• One round of minor revision notes on the edit

What is not included
The complimentary offer does not include multi location coverage, multiple talent, extensive production design, complex lighting builds, multi camera setups, live event coverage, teleprompter operation, professional hair and makeup, animation, custom illustration, or custom licensed music. These items can be added as paid services under a separate estimate.

Ownership and usage
Pan Visuals retains all copyrights in the footage and final edit. The client receives a non exclusive, perpetual license to use the final video on its own digital and social channels for promotional purposes. Pan Visuals may use the footage and final video in its portfolio, website, and social media unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the shoot.

No cash value
The offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a discount, refund, credit, or other services. It may not be combined with other promotions or discounts.

Changes to the offer
Pan Visuals may change, pause, or end this offer at any time for new inquiries. Confirmed complimentary shoots that have been scheduled in writing will be honored under the terms in effect on the date of confirmation.
